With over a million copies sold and 146 five star reviews on Amazon I just can't begin to describe what makes this classic book so good, click above to find out why on Amazon.com

Recent research has highlighted the devastating effect the lack of a good night's sleep can have on young men's testosterone levels. In tests carried out at the University of Chicago it was discovered that sleeping less than five hours a night can slash natural testosterone levels by 10-15% within a week.

This is equivalent to ageing 10 to 15 years. Men's testosterone naturally begins to decline by 1% to 2% a year as we age, so depriving yourself of sleep is like accelerating this process tenfold.

In addition other studies have shown that low testosterone itself can cause insomnia and reduce the quality of sleep thus starting a vicious circle. Lack of sleep lowers testosterone which causes lack of sleep etc etc.

Low testosterone is associated with loss of muscle mass, low mood and low libido. So if any excuse were needed for an extra hour in bed, here is another one!
